Climate Change Student Summit
Jane Addams students visit Museum of Science & Industry and learn about students' effort to preventing further climate change due to global warming.
Participants of the Climate Change Student Summit included students from many Chicago Public Schools and students from Michigan and Alaska through the use of video-conferencing.
7th graders Brianna Buenrostro and Gisel Bahena participated in the Climate Change Student Summit at the Museum of Science & Industry on April 24, 2010. Brianna and Gisel worked very hard on their PowerPoint presentation. The presentation was titled, What Is Your Carbon Footprint? Bianna and Gisel did a great job sharing what they learned about the effects that global warming has on climate change.
